We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic International Business Development Executive to Manager to support and drive our international expansion efforts. You will report directly to the Director of International Business Development, working closely with cross-functional teams and international clients particularly within the global hospitality sector, including hotel chain General Managers and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the International Business Development Director in coordinating with the factory and relevant departments.
  2. Manage and grow existing international accounts, with a special focus on global hotel chains and strategic partners.
  3. Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned international markets.
  4. Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  5. Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  6. Lead generation and prospect outreach—build and maintain a high-quality customer pipeline.
  7. Engage directly with hotel chains' key executives, including General Managers, procurement teams, and developers.
  8. Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) for pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
  9. Present and represent Dream Master and its premium product offerings at client meetings, online demos, and trade events.
  10. Travel internationally to assigned regions to meet clients, attend exhibitions, and explore market opportunities.
  11. Craft effective outreach messages and communications to international prospects.
  12. Achieve and exceed sales targets as defined by the business development strategy.
  13. Perform other assignments as directed by the International Business Development Director.

Qualifications:

  • Authorized to work in Thailand without requiring visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in export sales, international business development, or B2B international marketing.
  • Proven success in market expansion and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and English; additional language skills relevant to target markets are a plus.
  • Able to confidently connect with international professionals, particularly those in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel internationally as required.
  • Immediate availability to start is a strong advantage.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Period:9:00 am to 6:00 pm
