Digital and Off-Premises channel assistant manager

Support digital and off-premises channel for KFC and new brands across aggregators and internal platforms, co-promotions with partners, and day-to-day coordination of related activities for kiosk and app operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Food aggregator Campaign & Co-Promotion Management
- Champion for aggregator's channels for all brands on both strategy and execution.
- Plan and execute monthly / quarterly / yearly promotions and co-branded campaigns on platforms such as Grab Food, LINE MAN, ShopeeFood.
- Align campaign objectives with platform partners to drive order growth and visibility.
- Track campaign KPIs, sales lift, and ROI; summarize performance and learnings.
Delivery Performance Monitoring
- Analyze sales performance, AOV, conversion, and platform-specific insights to identify business opportunities.
- Propose and support improvement actions to optimize aggregator and delivery performance.
- Monitor product availability, menu accuracy, and pricing consistency across channels.
Internal Channel Operational Support (Kiosk & Own Delivery App)
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the KFC app and self-order kiosks (e.g., menu update coordination, uptime monitoring).
- Coordinate with IT, R&D, and Ops to resolve technical issues and ensure consistent customer experience.
- Monitor usage, downtime, and user feedback for internal digital ordering touchpoints.
Partner Coordination
- Serve as the key point of contact for delivery aggregators, Telco and online platforms for all campaign, operations, and promotional alignment.
- Lead coordination on platform campaigns, listing optimization, and exposure opportunities.
- Ensure strong relationships with partner account managers to secure priority placement and joint initiatives.
Reporting & Insights
- Generate weekly/monthly performance report focusing on aggregator and delivery KPIs.
- Provide insights into market trends, customer behavior, and channel-specific performance.
- Track CSAT and platform reviews to improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with aggregators' key account contact for the insight and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Digital or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in delivery, e-commerce, or QSR aggregator campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other performance tracking tools.
- Understanding of QSR industry and digital platform operations (Grab Food, LINEMAN, Shopee Food).
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Good coordination skills with a solution-driven mindset, attention to detail, result driven and able to work under pressure
