Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok City, Thailand as an Import Manager. The Import Manager will oversee and coordinate the import process, manage compliance with international trade regulations, and ensure efficient handling of shipments. The role will require collaboration with logistics partners, liaising with customs, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining strong relationships with global suppliers. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations are key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Import, Export, and Import-Export processes
- Strong Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Ocean freight and international shipping logistics
- Understanding of trade compliance and customs regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software for logistics and inventory management
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is a plus
