International Transportation Specialist – Export/Import (On-site)


Rayong, Thailand

Key Responsibilities

Transportation Planning & Dispatch

  • Manage truck capacity planning and prepare
    daily, weekly, and monthly
    transportation forecasts based on the factory's shipment demands.
  • Develop and execute truck dispatch plans; allocate shipment plans to trucking suppliers.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams and trucking suppliers to ensure smooth daily dispatch operations.

Supplier & Operation Management

  • Manage trucking suppliers: daily communication, performance monitoring, and operational issue resolution.
  • Guide and train trucking suppliers to use the company's
    TMS system
    in a standardized manner.
  • Monitor and improve suppliers' operational efficiency; track and resolve transport capacity issues or order anomalies.

Cost & Documentation Control

  • Monitor and control transportation costs; manage abnormal expenses for import/export hauling and local distribution.
  • Support reconciliation, payment processing, and document verification with trucking suppliers.
  • Assist in export operations: transportation bidding, customs declaration procedures, export documentation, CO (Certificate of Origin), etc.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years
    of experience in international logistics or transportation management.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai carriers, terminals, yards, and the full inbound/outbound truck dispatch process.
  • Strong coordination skills with transport agents, warehouses, shipping lines, and related parties.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    Thai & English
    (both written & spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
