We're Hiring: Influencer/KOL Seeker & Recruiter (Junior–Senior)

SHOUT is an innovative tech startup providing a cutting-edge influencer platform that connects brands with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns. We empower brands and agencies to reach their full potential through targeted influencer strategies — and we're growing fast

Key Responsibilities

  • KOL Scouting & Sourcing

    Identify and recruit influencers, content creators, and live sellers who align with SHOUT's client campaigns and company vision.
  • Outreach & Onboarding

    Initiate outreach and build relationships with potential KOLs. Guide them through the onboarding process to SHOUT's platform via LINE Official Account.
  • Campaign Matching

    Match newly recruited KOLs to suitable campaigns based on performance data, brand fit, and audience demographics.
  • Network Growth & Trend Monitoring

    Stay ahead of social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to ensure SHOUT's network is fresh and dynamic.
  • Collaboration & Coordination

    Work cross-functionally with campaign, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery.
Qualifications
  • Strong passion and knowledge in Influencer Marketing and creator economy trends
  • Experience working with or sourcing KOLs, influencers, streamers, or content creators
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both Thai and English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Existing network in influencer/KOL industry
  • Bonus: Background in digital agencies, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing
