Job Description
  • Plan and manage warehouse storage space efficiently.
  • Verify the accuracy of receiving, issuing, and transferring goods between warehouses.
  • Plan and control stock counting activities; ensure monthly and annual stock counts are accurate and complete in accordance with company targets.
  • Manage inventory data and continuously improve stock system processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supervise and monitor subordinates' performance to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Control and inspect warehouse areas and overall workplace safety within the company premises.
  • Ensure compliance with quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, and ISO.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
  • Possess knowledge of company products or have experience in the food industry.
  • Manage product distribution to ensure customers receive the correct products on time.
  • Coordinate with related departments regarding warehouse space utilization and reporting.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
  • Age between 30 – 45 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, General Management, or related fields.
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in warehouse operations (preferred).
  • Experience in handling deliveries to Modern Trade customers will be an advantage.
  • Able to work shifts and overtime as required.
  • Strong leadership skills with attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle urgent situations.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO, GMP, and HACCP quality systems.
  • Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.

  • วางแผน บริหารจัดการพื้นที่จัดเก็บสินค้าภายในคลังสินค้า

    ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง การตรวจรับ การจ่ายออก การโอนย้ายสินค้าระหว่างคลัง ให้ถูกต้อง
  • วางแผนการนับสต็อค ควบคุมและจัดการงานคลังสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของบริษัทฯ ควบคุมการตรวจนับStock (เดือน/ปี) ให้มีความถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
  • บริหารข้อมูลสินค้าคงคลัง ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทํางานในระบบ Stock ให้ถูกต้องและเกิดประสิทธิภาพ
  • ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
  • ควบคุมและตรวจสอบพื้นที่และความปลอดภัยบริเวณคลังสินค้า และบริเวณอื่น ๆ ภายในบริษัท ฯ
  • มีความรู้เรื่องระบบคุณภาพ GMP, HACCP หรือ ISO
  • การจัดทำมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน และการปฏิบัติงานตามแผน (SOP / WI)
  • มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทหรือเคยผ่านธุรกิจอาหาร
  • บริหารการจัดส่งสินค้า เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าถูกต้องและตามเวลาที่กําหนด
  • ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในการรายงานปริมาณพื้นที่
  • จัดทำรายงานนำเสนอผู้บริหารทุกๆเดือน
  • งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
