About the role

This is a full-time role as a Sales Executive / Sales Support based in Bang Rak, Bangkok. You will be part of the freight forwarding and logistics team at Ferrari Logistics Asia (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a leading provider of comprehensive freight forwarding and logistics services.

What you'll be doing

Documentation & Pre-Operation Preparation

  • Prepare and review all import/export shipping documents such as:
  • Commercial invoices / create inv for clients
  • Certificates of origin/ DFT/ Paperless/ ATA registration
  • Permits or licenses (if applicable)
  • Collect and verify shipping instructions from clients prior to dispatch.
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure all required information is received before operations commence.
  • Enter accurate shipment data into the system (FM).
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, and country-specific import/export laws.
  • Provide proactive updates on documentation status and shipping timelines.

Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g. operations, warehouse, transport, customs clearance) to relay correct shipment details.
  • Ensure smooth handover of fully prepared documentation to the operations team for execution.
  • Follow up with the sales and finance teams for payment terms, LC details, or tax credit approvals when needed.
  • Tracking shipments in case suspicious delay
  • Send tax receipt to oversea after vat paid after BKK show

Compliance & Record Keeping

  • Customs validity checking / ATA - TIB expiration alert
  • Ensure all documents are archived properly according to internal procedures and audit requirements.
  • Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and advise customers accordingly.

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to provide tailored solutions to clients
  4. Proficient in using relevant freight forwarding and logistics software and tools
  5. Good understanding of freight forwarding and logistics processes and regulations
  6. Fluency in English and Thai, both written and verbal
  7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, transportation, or business management
