About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marine Logistics Management Manager to join our team at Asia Green Energy Public Company Limited. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing our domestic water-based transportation operations, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our products. This role is based in Bangkok, with a focus on our operations in the Bang Khun Thian district.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of our domestic marine logistics operations, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring of transportation activities
  2. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize logistics workflows and resolve any transportation-related issues
  3. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to improve the performance and safety of our marine logistics operations
  4. Oversee the management of our fleet of vessels and associated equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and compliance with relevant regulations
  5. Analyze logistics data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
  6. Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior logistics management role, preferably in the manufacturing or transportation industry
  2. Extensive knowledge of domestic marine transportation operations, including regulations, best practices, and industry trends
  3. Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work autonomously and lead a team
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and the use of logistics management software and tools
  6. Relevant tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
