About the Role

The Airfreight Sales Executive is responsible for developing new airfreight business, managing existing customers, and achieving sales and margin targets in Thailand. The role focuses on export and import airfreight services for both local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business for airfreight (export/import), focusing on SME and corporate accounts in Thailand.
  • Visit and contact potential customers regularly to understand their logistics needs and propose airfreight solutions.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on quotations, RFQs, and tenders in coordination with pricing and operations teams.
  • Maintain and grow revenue from existing customers through regular reviews, upselling, and cross‑selling other services.
  • Coordinate closely with airfreight operations, customer service, and overseas agents to ensure smooth handling and high service quality.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and airline rates to identify new opportunities and propose action plans.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (volume, revenue, GP) and provide accurate sales forecasts and visit reports.
  • Resolve customer complaints in cooperation with internal departments to maintain long‑term relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in airfreight or freight forwarding sales (export/import) in Thailand.
  • Strong knowledge of airfreight products, Incoterms, basic customs and airline procedures.
  • Existing customer network in airfreight is a strong advantage.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Thai.
  • Proactive, result‑oriented, able to work independently and under targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM is a plus.
  • Preferably holding a driving license and willing to travel to visit customers.
