About the Location

Our flagship wellness destination, located in Silom, Bangkok, spans five beautifully designed floors, featuring a collection of indoor and semi-outdoor hot pools with breathtaking sky views, seven private spa suites, and a signature restaurant and bar. This space has been crafted as an atmospheric urban retreat, offering elevated urban wellness experience for both international travelers  and local guests.

About the Role

We're seeking a passionate, organized and service-driven Manager to lead our pre-opening efforts – from setting service standards to recruiting/training a high-performing team . Following the launch, you will take on a pivotal operational leadership role – managing day-to-day wellness and spa operations, ensuring seamless guest journeys, upholding luxury service standards, optimizing staff performance, and maintaining efficient, harmonious environment.

Responsibilities include, without limitation:

• Lead pre-opening preparations, including developing service protocols, guest experience standards, spa operating procedures and staff hiring/onboarding/training.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the wellness hot pools, spa suites and F&B/guest service areas to ensure smooth, efficient and refined service delivery.
• Maintain luxury wellness standards, creating a serene, restorative environment aligned with our brand vision and guest expectations.
• Manage and mentor the team, fostering a culture of professionalism, positive energy, mindfulness and guest-centered service.
• Oversee operational performance, including scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, safety, F&B standards and coordination with other property teams.
• Design and implement wellness menu programming and offerings.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences – assist in greeting and register guests, anticipate guest needs and resolve issues gracefully on their wellness journey.
• Assist in making spa reservations, check in spa guests, and offer recommendations or descriptions of spa services as necessary.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell retail products, maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Other tasks as directed from time to time.
