Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitizing and maximizing return from unsold ad inventory.
  • Assist sales and development teams in development of new content and commercial packages.
  • Lead modernisation of existing ad tech stack.
  • Mentor a team of ad operations.
  • Others as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant fields.
  • Good command of English communication both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in ad tech platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360) and data analysis tools.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing ad performance across Google AdX, SSPs, and DSps.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, programmatic ecosystems, and social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, TikTok.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
