Position Overview

We are looking for an Admin Department Manager to support administrative and financial operations, including procurement, vendor billing, payment processing, and income tracking. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in managing high-volume transactions and preparing monthly reports.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for issuing Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) and other jobs related to PR/PO (Avg. = 400 POs / month).
  • Handle vendor billing and ensure accurate processing in the B2P system
  • Prepare and clear advance payments and reimbursements in the Oracle system.
  • Oversee payments related to donations, sponsorships, and barter transactions.
  • Record and monitor all income transactions.
  • Prepare accrual monthly report.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in administrative and accounting functions is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Oracle systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fast learning.
