- Oversee campaign execution, monitor KPIs (impressions, engagement, conversions, etc.), and continuously optimize ROI.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and develop a structured influencer database.
- Integrate TikTok content and campaigns across other digital platforms to maximize marketing impact and reach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or influencer marketing.
- Experience with TAP or MCN platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English or Chinese (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
