Accounting Executive – Treasury Back Office

Job Overview:

To support the Senior Accounting Manager in executing Treasury Back Office operations with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. This includes managing FX transaction settlements, cash flow reporting, payment processing, and bank reconciliations in accordance with Group policies and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform confirmation and settlement of foreign exchange (FX) transactions
  • Prepare daily cash balance reports, monthly summaries, and quarterly treasury reports
  • Process payments, settlements, GL journal entries, receipts, actual cash flow tracking, and purchase requisitions
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and support month-end closing activities
  • Prepare withholding tax documentation and issue receipts to counterparties
  • Assist in ad-hoc treasury-related tasks and projects as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in treasury accounting or back office treasury operations
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Experience with SAP Treasury modules is an advantage
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in routine financial tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good quantitative abilities, basic financial modeling skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
