Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our growing portfolio of hospitality brands. This role will play a key part in shaping visual storytelling across digital, print, and on-property touchpoints while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative visual assets for marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns
- Design digital content including social media visuals, website banners, EDMs, and online ads
- Produce print materials such as brochures, menus, signage, posters, and sales kits
- Collaborate with marketing, F&B, hotel, and corporate teams to support campaigns and launches
- Adapt and maintain brand guidelines across multiple brands and properties
- Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and internal communications
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare final artwork for production and liaise with printers or external vendors when required
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (hospitality, lifestyle, or agency background preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with digital and print design
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Photography, video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX experience is a plus
