Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role located in Phuket. The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and executing creative design concepts for luxury residential spaces. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, preparing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to implement design solutions. The designer will ensure that all projects meet client requirements while adhering to Botanica Luxury's standards of sophistication and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and visually stunning living spaces
  • Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings to effectively communicate design plans and details
  • Knowledge of FF&E selection and procurement to ensure the integration of high-quality materials and finishes in luxury projects
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with architects, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Prior experience in designing luxurious residential properties is highly desirable
