Skills & position requirements:

  • Assist in creating visual materials for , social media, and related campaigns.
  • Support senior designers with concepts, layouts, and assets that align with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare artwork for production and digital publishing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure effective communication through design.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
  • Stay updated on current design trends and tools.
  • Oversee in-house production and printing of marketing collaterals, including restaurant menus, guest journals, promotional flyers, posters, food tags, event menus, etc.
  • Manage design projects across diverse categories.
  • Modify, revise, and edit projects as needed.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and proactive mindset.
  • Possess strong computer skills and proficiency in Apple Macintosh systems and design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills, interpersonal skills, and project management abilities.
  • Manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3 years of design experience.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and basic video editing software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Pixelmator, CapCut, InShot, Instagram, Canva, etc.).
  • ⁠Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • ⁠Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • ⁠A portfolio showcasing creativity and design ability (**required)
