Your role will be pivotal in acquiring new business opportunities and enhancing relationships with our existing clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand business in the freight forwarding sector, particularly focusing on exports from Thailand to the USA, Europe, Australia, and South America, as well as imports from China, Europe, and the USA.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients by providing tailored logistics solutions.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that customer freight needs are met promptly and efficiently.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales progress and business leads for senior management.

  • Attend industry conferences, meetings, and other networking events to generate leads and stay updated with market developments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.

  • Strong understanding of export and import processes, including familiarity with general cargo sea freight and airfreight.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
