Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager/Business Manager located in Bangkok. This role will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating and managing leads, cultivating client relationships and sales management. The role involves working as the sales and marketing function to develop strategies to increase revenue and market penetration. Additional responsibilities include conducting market analysis, presenting business proposals, team management and managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medical technology or medical sciences related
  • Master's degree in business administration or marketing is a plus
  • Minimum 3-5 years of ales management experience
  • Previous experience in molecular oncology diagnostics, oncology industry is a plus
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong Business and Communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
  • Fluency in both Thai and English is preferred
