Job Purpose: Provide strategic oversight and orchestration of executive operations for the CEO Office. The role ensures enterprise-level alignment, board readiness, and decision-making support by consolidating cross-business information, managing governance processes, and enabling timely executive execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation, quality control, and timely submission of Board packs, executive reports, and CEO communications.
  • Coordinate and participate enterprise-level meetings, strategic updates, and governance reporting cycles.
  • Represent EOH (CEO Office) in enterprise initiatives and ensure alignment of executive decisions across functions.
  • Oversee consolidation and filtering process of critical enterprise data & information to enhance/ensure quality and speed for supporting CEO decision making.
  • Oversee information flow between CEO, Board, and enterprise functions to enable informed decision-making.
  • Establish communication standards and governance documentation protocols across CEO Office.

  • Track and keep update critical BAU issues and initiatives progress from BU's Excom meeting.
  • Support CEO directives to ensure business alignment and execution.
  • Partner with COO and BU's leader for progress follow-up on strategic and operational topics.

Qualification:
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in executive operations, enterprise coordination, corporate governance, strategy execution, PMO, or CEO/COO Office–related roles.
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives, ExCom, or Board-level reporting processes.
- Hands-on experience in preparing and managing Board packs, executive reports, and governance documentation.
- Experience working across multiple business units or functions, with exposure to complex organizational structures.
- Background in large corporate, conglomerate, or regulated environments is preferred.
