Responsibilities
  • Inspect, supervise, and monitor building systems including HVAC, sanitary systems, and electrical & communication systems to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
  • Review and verify shop drawings, ensuring the installation work aligns with approved designs, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
  • Oversee the Testing & Commissioning (T&C) process to ensure all systems operate correctly before project handover.
  • Coordinate with contractors and project teams to ensure proper installation, timely progress, and resolution of any issues related to M&E systems.
  • Monitor on-site work progress, identify potential risks or issues, and provide appropriate solutions to keep the project on schedule.
  • Prepare inspection reports, progress updates, and technical documentation for submission to supervisors and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in M&E works, building systems, or construction projects.
  • Strong ability to read, review, and interpret M&E drawings and technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of engineering standards, building system requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering tools.
  • Professional Engineering License (Gor. Wor.) is an advantage.
