Finance - Prepare and record financial documents (Payment Vouchers, Receipts, Payment Slips) - Verify accuracy of disbursement documents and accounting vouchers - Coordinate with accounting department and banks for payments and collections - Prepare preliminary financial reports for the Accounting & Finance Manager
Human Resources (Central Office) - Manage leave, attendance, and absentee records of office staff - Assist in initial recruitment processes (schedule interviews / prepare documents) - Support company events, such as arranging client meals and welcoming visitors

- Vocational Certificate – Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in finance, administration, or HR
- Basic financial knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Excel

- Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible
