What's your mission?
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to leadership and employees, aligning HR strategy with business objectives to support large-scale operations.
- Manage complex and cross-functional HR projects, including employee relations, conflict management, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee HRIS systems, employee records, and processes (transfers, promotions, performance management, and leave applications) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead annual HR cycles, including Performance Appraisals, Salary Reviews, and Payment Calculations, ensuring fairness, equity, and timely execution.
- Partner with the legal team to minimize risks, ensure compliance, and conduct effective investigations when needed.
- Drive HR initiatives to foster diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement within a dynamic and multicultural workforce.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of proven HR management experience, ideally within fast-growing industries or project-based organizations.
- Strong expertise in HR Strategies and employee relations.
- Demonstrated success in handling complex HR cases, including dismissals, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage change in a high-growth environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
- Strong command of English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
