SRETSIS Co.,Ltd founded in 2002 to house ready-to-wear brand, SRETSIS. 

In 2014, the company extended the line for SRETSIS PARLOUR, homeware and LITTLE SISTER, the line for childrenswear. In 2025, Sretsis launched its standalone flagship store, SRETSIS INN located on 38 Soi Tonson, which housed all the line in the company's product lines.

Currently the company has employed over 120 employees. These talented team from creative, marketing, accounting to production team has shaped all the brands in the company to be one of most recognize brands coming from Thailand today. Head Designer

Job Description:

Sretsis is seeking a visionary Head Designer to drive the overall design vision and seasonal themes in alignment with the brand's DNA. The ideal candidate will bring bold imagination, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of the Sretsis world—where whimsical storytelling, femininity, and craftsmanship meet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Creative Director to define and execute the brand's seasonal vision and long-term design strategy

• Lead the design team in concept development, fabric sourcing, and garment creation

• Oversee all stages of collection development from sketch to sample to final production

• Collaborate with founders, production, and marketing teams to ensure creative coherence across all brand touchpoints

• Maintain awareness of fashion trends, art, and culture to inspire fresh perspectives while staying true to the brand's identity

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in fashion design with leadership experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, original prints, and signature silhouettes

• Excellent knowledge of garment construction and textile development

• Passion for detail, innovation, and romantic yet modern design
