Key Account Executive,

Working hours: 5 Days
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Modern trade partners (e.g., 7-Eleven, Lotus's, Big C, Makro, Tops, etc.)
- Negotiate trading terms, listings, promotions, and joint business plans to maximize brand visibility and sales performance.
- Achieve sales and profit goals by account and by product category.
- Analyze and prepare sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Key Account or Modern Trade Sales, preferably in Food & Beverage or FMCG industry.
- Hands-on experience in dealing with 7-Eleven (CPALL) or other modern trade.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical, proactive, and result-oriented personality.
- Good command of English and computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint).
