Position: Warehouse Coordinator/Officer

A skilled warehouse coordinator or officer is needed to organize and monitor all warehouse operations, guarantee smooth workflow, and maximize warehouse output. A warehouse officer's duties include moving and serving materials, coordination with other departments, and paperwork preparation.

Qualification:

  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain management or logistics is preferable.
  • Good in English communication and writing, preferably.
  • New-fresh opened or 1-2 years' experience in warehouse management.
  • ERP warehouse systems are preferable.
  • Problem-solving skills & have the drive and energy to take initiative and solve challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Having a focus on the accuracy of inventory 100% & control process.
  • Being a good team player, open-minded, and having a good attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of warehouse management & and daily activities.
  • Warehouse management and daily administration & managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods.
  • Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Maintain and improve cycle counting management and warehouse systems.
  • Daily supply to production delivery and perform physical inventory count comparing with the system according to schedule.
  • Management warehouse area for FIFO, 5S and ensure safety conditions in all working areas.
  • Implement and maintain a culture of responsibility and accountability with continuous improvement, lean, and standardization principles based on LINAK standards.
