Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Update inventory and order status in ERP/WMS systems.
  • Work closely with logistics providers for shipment tracking and delivery arrangements.
  • Communicate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, warehouse safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 0-2 years in Customer Service or warehouse operations preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient of English Skill

Working Location:  Moo 4, Bueng Sub-district, Si Racha District, Chonburi Province 20230

Working Hours: Monday-Friday

  • Day Shift: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM
