Brand Manager (Brand: Olens)
Job description and responsibilities:
- Managing the budget for purchasing, sales achievement (both offline & online), inventory control, price setting
- Developing brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brand
- Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain branding
- Competitor and customer insights analysis
- Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales
- Meeting suppliers and negotiating terms of contract
- Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
- Meeting with clients and coordinated working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as marketing, operation, logistics & warehouse, IT, department store, etc.)
- Managing a team of subordinate/junior assistants such as Buyer, Merchandisers, Admin. Officer.
- Organizing events such as product launches, shop opening, exhibition or photo shoots, etc.
- Cost saving where necessary
- Sourcing & pitching new brands, carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trend
Job requirements:
- Fluent in English communications (to deal with overseas principal)
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
