Scope of Services

  • Driving global invoice and cost controlling for Over Stock Fee / Replacement Fee implementation with component suppliers in accordance with the financial framework.
  • Establishing proper control and follow-up methodology for Over Stock Fees / Replacement Fees with component suppliers globally until payments are received.
  • Monitoring the ordering of UD KMP from material suppliers in the OFS4P system.
  • Planning transportation of UD KMP with transporters and terminals.
  • Discussing with local material suppliers in Thailand regarding any deviations in ordering or delivery.
  • Requesting duty payments with finance for UD KMP transactions between Freezone and Non-Freezone.
  • Coordinating with customs brokers regarding customs clearance and amendments, if any.
  • Handling invoices of packaging operations and proceeding with payment in coordination with accountants.
  • Manually following up on goods issued from global component suppliers versus ASN.
  • Maintaining accurate record-keeping of operational expenses.

Service Qualifications

  • Graduating from a recognized university is required; Bachelor's in Logistics, Engineering, or MBA is preferred.
  • Diploma in Transport Logistics or Supply Chain is an advantage.
  • Having 2–5 years of experience in Transport Logistics with ability to resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrating good communication skills and being team-oriented.
  • Showing proficiency in English communication, including writing, listening, and speaking.
  • Being familiar with Transport Management Systems.
  • Being goal-oriented with knowledge of Freezone privileges.
  • Having strong knowledge of customs clearance processes.
