Position Purpos

Promote Bayer products to healthcare professionals and relevant target groups to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territor
- y.Execute Customer Engagement Excellence, focusing on promotion activities leveraging Patient Focused Interactions (PFI) to improve customer relationship
- s.Ensure full compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policie
- s.Initiate activity plans, engage Thought Leaders (TL), and manage speaker program
- s.Manage sales budgets within the territory and drive tailored activities based on customer and business need

- ded.Manage daily, weekly, and monthly work plans, ensuring efficiency and team alignm

Qualific**
- ations
Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Medical Science, or related
- field.3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare in
- dustry.Strong interpersonal and communication
- skills.Good command of English and computer li
- teracy.Strong selling, negotiation, and customer engagement
- skills.Able to establish and deliver professional education programs focused on customer
- needs.Results-oriented with strong time-management
- skills.Ability to identify, prioritize, and target key cus
