What You'll Do:

As a Territory Account Manager at Diversey, you'll drive growth in the Southern area especially in Phuket by managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities. You'll build strong customer relationships, deliver sustainable hygiene solutions, and ensure satisfaction through regular site visits and responsive support.

Some of the Things You'll Do:

  • Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities through structured daily call planning
  • Tailor sales presentations and solutions based on customer needs, industry insights, and trade factors
  • Analyze market potential, monitor competitor activities, and identify opportunities to increase sales volume
  • Submit accurate orders and maintain up-to-date sales documentation, including call reports, weekly plans, and territory analyses
  • Resolve customer issues by investigating root causes and proposing effective, timely solutions
  • Maintain strong product, technical, and industry knowledge through ongoing learning and professional development
  • Collaborate with Technicians and Corporate Account Managers to ensure customers receive complete service and account support
  • Drive consistent sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across the assigned territory

What You'll Bring to Us:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the hospitality, cleaning, or hygiene industries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with strong business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Southern Thailand, including Phuket and nearby provinces if required by the business
  • A strong sense of ownership, drive, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer value.
