Territory Manager

Our client is one of the premier Cardiac Surgery & Endovascular companies in Thailand. The company is looking for a suitable candidate to fill a Territory Manager position and join their team.
Job Description:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and market share objectives within the territory
- Expand existing accounts and develop new business opportunities for Cardiac Surgery and Endovascular solutions
- Work closely with distributors to ensure product availability, listing, and effective territory coverage
- Gather and share competitive insights to support business and pricing strategies
- Provide high-quality clinical case support, including case planning and technical guidance during procedures
- Interpret and utilize CTA imaging to support procedural planning and decision-making
- Demonstrate strong patient-focused behaviors to support positive clinical outcomes
- Deliver product, therapy, and procedural training to customers, distributors, and internal teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, KOLs, and hospital decision-makers
- Engage customers through workshops, seminars, conferences, and in-service programs to strengthen brand differentiation
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Distributor teams to execute territory plans and marketing initiatives
- Plan and deliver in-territory marketing activities, adapting to virtual formats when required
- Ensure compliance with all mandatory training and continuously update clinical and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years' experience in the healthcare or medical device industry, preferably within cardiac, vascular, or catheter-based products
- Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in Endovascular or Cardiac Catheter-based sales with case support exposure
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a Pharmaceutical background is preferred
- Strong ability to communicate clinical and technical concepts to diverse hospital stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and accountable for business outcomes
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support urgent or complex clinical cases
- Good command of English
