Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of projects from internal kick-off, clearly communicating objectives, timelines, structure, and approach to all stakeholders.
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor resources (manpower, materials, and budget) efficiently.
  • Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and closely track task execution.
  • Evaluate project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and ensure proactive mitigation.
  • Ensure quality standards across design, installation, testing (FAT/SAT), and commissioning.
  • Monitor deadlines and anticipate changes; manage scope, schedule, and budget variations effectively.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineering teams, procurement, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
  • Support technical problem-solving and overcome on-site obstacles efficiently.
  • Prepare systematic project documentation (Project Plans, Progress Reports, Work Completion Reports) and lead reporting/meetings.
  • Maintain transparent stakeholder management and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, or related Engineering fields
  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience in Automation projects
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with automation systems, including PLC (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi), SCADA, HMI, Sensors, Control Panels, Fieldbus systems, and Industrial IoT
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate confidently with clients
