The Project Manager plays a key role in leading and managing end-to-end project implementation. This role is responsible for driving successful project delivery by working closely with the Program Management team with minimal supervision, ensuring all projects align with company standards and client expectations.

How You'll Make a Difference

  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Define, plan, and manage project scope, schedule, and quality requirements, ensuring alignment with business and customer objectives.
  • Adhere to the company's Program Management Framework, governance processes, and project implementation SOPs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project work plans, risk registers, and control mechanisms to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.
  • Manage and monitor project risks and issues jointly with the customer's project manager, ensuring escalations and mitigations are addressed promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on project-related matters, maintaining clear communication and expectation management.
  • Oversee and review project deliverables to ensure consistency, compliance with standards, and proper sign-off from all stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholder

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's or Higher Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within the banking, insurance, or financial technology (FinTech) industry.
  • Proven experience delivering software implementation or integration projects, especially in core banking, digital banking, or financial system solutions.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and client management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills with a focus on project governance and results delivery.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Micro Focus PPM, Confluence).
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills in English (Thai language proficiency is an added advantage).
