About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with both strong project management expertise and technical knowledge to oversee software development, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and API-related projects.

You will collaborate closely with development, design, QA teams, and various stakeholders to plan, manage, and ensure successful project delivery on time and within scope.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Project Execution & Monitoring: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, task assignment, and accountability. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks effectively. Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and analyze project risks and issues. Develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans. Escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Budget Management: Track project expenses and ensure adherence to the approved budget. Identify and manage any budget variances.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Facilitate testing and acceptance processes.
  • Project Closure: Formalize project completion, including documentation, lessons learned, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years experience as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum methodologies, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Git, etc.
  • Technical background or familiarity with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and data platforms
  • Excellent communication skills for working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, including remote or hybrid setups
