Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Assist the sales team in understanding the client's business processes and ERP requirements.

  • Provide technical support and answer client queries throughout the sales process.

  • Create and deliver proof of concept (POC) for potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth handover post-sale.

  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft tailored ERP solutions.

  • Support the preparation of RFPs, RFIs, and other client proposals.

  • For senior/manager roles: Oversee presales activities, mentor junior consultants, and develop presales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of ERP presales experience; English proficiency is required.

  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and configurations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work alongside sales teams to translate technical features into business value.

  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Active and outgoing personality with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Proven experience in leading presales teams and coordinating complex sales cycles.

  • Expertise in creating and delivering compelling technical solutions to large B2B clients.
