We are a major construction company for solar power generation in Japan, contributes to carbon neutrality through

the spread of renewable energy in ASEAN countries (Thailand).

Position: Monitoring Staff (Japanese Speaking)
Industry:
Trading, Solar Panel, LED, Rental

Location:
Pathumwan, Bangkok

Working days/hours:
Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 hrs.

Responsibilities:
This position is within the department responsible for managing and maintaining completed solar power systems to ensure they operate normally and as efficiently as possible. The monitoring staff detects power generation errors, communicates with internal engineers and customers, and supports error recovery.

  • Scheduling system maintenance tasks and coordinating with customers
  • Preparing necessary documents to ensure safe and smooth operations
  • Monitoring system operation status
  • Sharing information immediately with customers and internal teams upon detecting abnormalities
  • Preparing and sending monthly reports via email (with explanations to customers as needed) in Japanese and Thai
  • Compiling operational results of all systems and preparing summary reports
  • Providing explanations of the monitoring center to visitors (in Japanese and Thai)
  • Interpreting at internal and external meetings

Qualifications:

  • Able to communicate both English, and Japanese (Business Level)
  • Able to handle phone communications with Thai customers without issues (not shy).
  • Proficient in PC usage, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A responsible individual who takes ownership of their work.
  • Someone who is eager to learn and seeks long-term employment for personal growth.
  • A cheerful, serious, and sincere person.
  • A healthy individual who can manage their daily physical condition.
  • A diligent learner who enjoys studying and acquiring knowledge.
