  7. Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  8. Preparing and cooking food items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.

  9. Contributing to menu planning by suggesting new dishes or variations on existing ones.
  10. Overseeing and coordinating kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  11. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
  12. Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  13. Following proper food safety and hygiene practices to prevent foodborne illnesses and ensure compliance with health codes.

  14. Managing cooking times efficiently to ensure that all dishes are prepared and served on time.
