Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering / Science / Computer
  • Experience Minimum 0 - 1 years of work experience in Engineering and Maintenance.
  • Engineering of  industrial technology, electrical engineering or relevant fields. Experience in control room. Analytical and investigative principles and procedures. Conceptual skill. Supervision skill. Language skills – good command of both spoken and written English. Good command of computer skills, including MS Office Applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership by overseeing the day to day operations.
  • Plan, monitor, and control daily maintenance performance of the relevant work.
  • Supervises maintenance staffs' performance to insure the efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Monitor and control maintenance subcontractors' performance relating to the relevant work to achieve the expected result and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control maintenance subcontractors' contracts to insure the validity.
  • Enforce maintenance procedures, safety procedures, and quality issues relating to the relevant work.
  • Ensure all maintenance staffs follow all required procedures, rules, and regulations strictly.
  • Consult and support maintenance staffs for improving their performance.
  • Assist in providing maintenance staffs ongoing training and technical knowledge e.g. engineering, maintenance, and safety and quality issues.
  • Attend or participate in the relevant meeting and/or assigned by Division/Section Manager. Performs other duties as assigned.
