In exciting news, DSGPay has recently acquired an E-Payments License from the Bank of Thailand, which will be fully operational in 2026. This milestone marks the beginning of an exciting phase in our expansion, and we're looking for an experienced Head of Business Development to build and lead our Thailand business from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Lead the identification and onboarding of e-commerce sellers and SME clients in Thailand, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Market Expansion: Support global clients in entering the Thai market by leveraging our payment solutions and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (IT, Operations, Customer Service, Risk & Compliance) to ensure smooth execution of business development strategies.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Industry Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the payments industry, local regulations, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing business development team to meet and exceed sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
  • Hunter Mentality: You thrive in a sales-driven environment, with a proven ability to identify, pursue, and close opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in business development or sales in the payments industry (or related sectors), with a demonstrated track record in the SME and retail markets in Thailand.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a team to meet ambitious sales goals, with a focus on developing talent and driving high performance.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Thai and English.
  • Eligibility: This position is open only to candidate with full working rights in Thailand.
