Overview: The Event Marketing will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Cubic's events across fitness, lifestyle, fashion, and community platforms. This role ensures every event from in-club activations to large-scale galas and brand launches reflects the Cubic identity and delivers measurable brand and commercial impact.

Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end event lifecycle: concept, planning, budgeting, vendor management, execution, and post-event reporting.

  • Ensure all events align with Cubic's brand tone: premium, edgy, community-driven, and lifestyle-focused.

  • Deliver high-impact experiences including Cubic activations, SBP/Aliah Makia launches, gala events, and sponsor collaborations.

  • Partnerships & Sponsorships

  • Identify, pitch, and secure event sponsors and brand partners.

  • Manage sponsor activations and integrations at events to maximize brand exposure and value.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work with the Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to bring event concepts to life.

  • Coordinate with trainers, KOLs, PR, and media for maximum reach and engagement.

  • Lead and manage onsite staff and ensure smooth event flow.

Financial & Operational Management

  • Build and manage event budgets, ensuring cost control and ROI.

  • Oversee contracts, suppliers, and logistics.

  • Track KPIs and report post-event performance against targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing premium lifestyle/fitness/fashion events.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to deliver unique, high-impact concepts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and deliver on tight deadlines.

  • Passion for fitness, lifestyle, and fashion is a strong plus.

  • Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing) with the ability to work effectively with foreigners

Location:

Cubic Chidlom, President Tower, Phloenchit Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok

Cubic Emsphere, 4th Floor, EmSphere Tower, Sukhumvit Road,Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 18:00 (flexible hours may apply on some days)
