Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen relationship with media outlets and journalist. Write and distribute press releases and press kits or any other articles published on offline media.
  • Keep and build relationship with KOL and agency.
  • Develop and maintain company image in public. Ensure the consistant of communication across that channel (Online + Offline) are on the same page. Including but not limit to preparing the special delivering set for key account clinics or doctors.
  • Draft speech or interview script for management.
  • Organize and plan for the events including contact with the tanent or event host to book the space and request for exclusive badge, lay out the event space to estimate the expense and manpower needed.
  • Co-ordinate with Clinical and Sales team to organize the event such as workshop, new product launch, or booth. Communicate with logistics team to deliver and arrange the product needed for each event.
  • Control the budget to be under the management plan.
  • Track media coverage, analyse PR campaigns, post-event evaluation with insightful recommendations.

Qualification

  1. 3+ years of experience in marketing, booth exhibition management, and event organization.
  2. Bachelor degree or Master degree in business or marketing. (Open for related field)
  3. Experience in PR & Event plan and management.
  4. Experience in medical equipment trade industry or aesthetic industry is preferable.
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills with good organizational skills.
  6. Good English communication.
  7. A great teammate and team oriented with supportive and positive energy.
