Job Title: Accounting & ERP System Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end accounting process, from daily transactions to month-end and year-end closing.
  • Oversee GL posting, reconciliation, and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Implement, Administer and optimize the ERP system to support accounting and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with Thai financial laws and regulatory requirements, including VAT, WHT, CIT, BOT, and e-Tax.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and related stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, IT) to enhance accounting processes and automation through ERP.
  • Generate financial reports and provide insights for management decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPD qualification or equivalent certification required.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or ERP system management.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Background in Fintech, Payment Gateway, or Financial Institution preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and good command of English.
