Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Technical and R&D Manager
to join our team in Bangkok. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead research, product innovation, and technical operations that support both local and international markets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing Cormix's technical capabilities and product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the R&D and technical support teams in developing new products and improving existing formulations.
  • Commercialize new developments
  • Manage product testing, performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to ISO, safety, and quality standards.
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to internal teams, distributors, and clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify emerging trends and new market opportunities.
  • Engage with suppliers and research institutions to source innovative raw materials and technologies.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation and product data in alignment with regulatory and corporate requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of
    8 years' experience
    in the construction chemicals or related industry.
  • Proven expertise in Epoxy, polymer chemistry, cementitious systems, admixtures, waterproofing, and coatings.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional and multicultural teams.
