Job Description:
- Prepare documents to support new product labeling establishment and new product listing to key customers.
- Support the preparation of lab analysis briefs for the internal QC lab and follow up on the results.
- Support the Product Development Manager to prepare briefs for plant trials, and collect results as per assigned project.
- Conduct nutrition R&D and product in-market database maintenance, and keep the data up to date.
- Support shelf-life studies for new product launches.
- Arrange sample tasting with the R&D team and prepare summary reports for the PD Manager.
- Update in-market new product launches.
- Collect competitor products and conduct competitive analysis.
- Supervise R&D lab technicians who request products from the plant, and manage product stock at the R&D BKK lab.
- Perform various other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Able to manage multi-tasks and work under pressure.
- Good command of English (spoken/written).
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
