Role Responsibilities:

  • Survey training needs, create and oversee a training program in line with business objectives.
  • Create training expense reports and submit in timely manner
  • Develop and manage both internal and external training programs, including training evaluation.
  • Manage, maintain, and improve LMS including training records on SuccessFactors.
  • Develop and oversee online learning on demands, regular training evaluations and monthly follow-up class reports are used to track and assess the training courses' impact, efficacy, and outcomes.
  • Monitor, manage, and enhance the use of online learning platforms.
  • Maintain relevant legal documents (Labour Skill Development Act) current while planning legally mandated training programs and submitting reports to the Department of Skill Development.
  • Support in culture building and other activities to promote company values and team spirit.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of direct experience in organizational development (OD), training, or HR development.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with good interpersonal skill and good teamwork.
  • Proactive, Can-do attitude and high sense of responsible.
  • Strong understanding of HRD systems and practices.
  • Training design and facilitation skills or experience as a corporate trainer is an advantage.
  • Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing .
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS.
