Sanmina - SCI Systems (Thailand) Ltd.' is seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our team in Pathum Thani. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising and improving our manufacturing processes to drive efficiency and quality. What you'll be doing

  • Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure consistent high-quality output
  • Develop and implement new process techniques and technologies to streamline operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to identify and resolve process-related issues
  • Conduct process capability studies, process validations, and process qualifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all process-related activities and improvements
  • Continuously research and implement best practices in process engineering to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and technical report writing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices
