Job Title: Process Engineer

Location: Bangkadi Industrial Park, Pathum Thani (100% On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Lead process setup for new product types from concept through mass production ensuring readiness of equipment, documentation, and production standards.

  • Conduct on-line validation, collect and analyze machine data, and adjust parameters to achieve stable process performance.

  • Identify root causes of process defects using data logs and structured problem-solving methods (8D, FMEA, etc.).

  • Define and implement corrective and preventive actions to secure process reliability.

  • Develop and maintain technical documents, including process specifications, Out-of-Control Action Plans (OCAPs), and work instructions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Japan HQ to align on standards and process improvements.

  • Prepare clear reports and presentations to communicate key findings, process performance, and improvement plans to management.

  • Provide on-site technical training and guidance to production and technician teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering.
  • New graduates with strong internship experience or relevant senior projects are preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in production environments; comfortable working directly with equipment and machine data.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a basic understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, or equivalent).
  • Good written and verbal communication in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience internship or relevant senior projects in the semiconductor or electronics assembly industry.
  • TOEIC score 550+

Working Conditions

  • 100% on-site at our facility in Bangkadi Industrial Park, Pathumthani (no relocation support).
  • Work in a cleanroom environment, following full cleanroom and ESD protocols.
  • Frequent line presence — hands-on interaction with machines, data, and production teams.
  • Occasional overtime may be required to meet build schedules or support urgent production activities.
