Process Engineer (Mechanical / Mechatronics / IE)Mission -> To ensure the seamless setup and operational excellence of semiconductor production lines, from initial concept through mass production, by strictly adhering to global standards and utilizing data-driven problem-solving methods.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess & Machine Setup: Lead or support the configuration and setup of machinery for new production types and line expansions to meet specified targets.Operational Readiness: Manage all pre-mass production tasks, ensuring equipment, documentation, and production standards are 100% ready.Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process defects or machine abnormalities using data logs and structured methods (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).Standardization: Establish and update Operational Procedures, Work Instructions, and Out-of-Control Action Plans (OCAP) for technicians and operators.Quality Assurance: Monitor machine performance, manage expired material evaluations, and generate routine reports to ensure production quality.Global Collaboration: Execute procedures from Japan HQ without deviation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on process improvements.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (IE).Experience:0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Fresh graduates with strong internship experience or relevant senior projects (especially in semiconductor or electronics assembly) are highly encouraged to apply.Core Skills:Analytical Mindset: Methodical approach to problem-solving and ability to analyze machine data.Procedural Discipline: Ability to strictly follow established orders, workflows, and standards with high precision.Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) or proficiency in data tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) is a plus for IE backgrounds.Communication: Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC 550+ is a significant advantage).
