Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
  • Assist and support the HR Manager in planning and managing overall HR functions.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with company policies and labor laws.
  • Provide HR-related advice and support to supervisors and employees.
Recruitment & Hiring
  • Plan and manage recruitment activities for all levels of employees.
  • Screen applications, arrange interviews, and coordinate with related departments.
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
Employee Relations
  • Manage employee relations, company rules, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Handle employee complaints and coordinate resolutions effectively.
  • Promote a positive and productive working environment.
Payroll & Benefits
  • Review payroll data, overtime records, and employee benefits.
  • Manage employee benefits such as social security, group insurance, and provident fund.
  • Prepare payroll and benefits reports for management.
Training & Organizational Development
  • Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Monitor performance evaluations and appraisal processes.
  • Support HRD and organizational development activities.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare HR reports for management review.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level is an advantage.
